I would like 8am-10am to be red, 12pm-2pm to be yellow and 3pm-5pm be green, for example. I would like these colors to show up when anyone opens that particular public folder calendar.

What about setting up recurring events and labeling them with a color? For example, create an appointment from 8am-10am to occur everyday and set its label color to red.
