it's not working when you enter the we'd address nothing happens
I would like to build it so I'm looking for instructions on how to create
The web access
It's installed by default as part of SBS 2003.

Try going into IIS Manager and see whether IIS is started - also check that the /exchange and  /exadmin folders exist within the virtual directory.

You might want to try (from inside your network) going to http://<SERVERIP>/Exchange

It's also possible it's only configured to accept SSL connections https://<SERVERIP>/Exchange

If it's not installed/configured, then this might help:

I have tried both links and this is the error I get:
The webpage cannot be found
 HTTP 400
   Most likely causes:
There might be a typing error in the address.
If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.

   What you can try:
     Retype the address.

Go back to the previous page.

Go to  and look for the information you want.

     More information

This error (HTTP 400 Bad Request) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the web server, but the webpage could not be found because of a problem with the address.

For more information about HTTP errors, see Help.

IIS is almost definitely not running - this doesn't mean that OWA isn't installed though....it just means that a service might be stopped....

Go into Control Panel, Administrative Tools, IIS Manager, Look at the Default Website and see whats in there....are there any virtual directories?

f there are, click the "play button" in the toolbar at the top of the page to start the IIS service on the server....#

I have and I still the the same error
In internet explorer under Tools->Internet Options->Connection->Lan Settings->Proxy settings, do you have a proxy enabled?  If so, disable it.....

Can you telnet to the server on port 80?

No proxy is not on
and I do not know how to telnet
Ok

to telnet to localhost try going to a command prompt, then type telnet

type

o localhost 80

and see whether you get a response......

another option is to go to a command prompt and type:

netstat -a | find "LISTENING"

look for port 80 and 443 or better yet copy and paste the output here
