Try to recreate your Outlook profile.From control panel--> mail->Profile-->delete old profile click OK twice--> go to same option again create new profile and check if this works

Browse All TopicsI have a problem about outlook..when a mail arrives in outlook,this mail is going to folder x in the archive folder..any rules is not available wiht this..but sometimes,mails are going to inbox folder in mailbox..when a person who dont have the rule in rules and alerts in outlook menu send the mail, it is going to folder x in the archive..why do the mails go to the archive folder?

Check under your "Accounts" and make sure you don't have any of the mails set to go to that folder. You can look under "Mail" from Control Panel, or under "Accounts" in Outlook.
