One of our users has an issue where the envelope in the system try stay there regardless if there is new e-mail or not. This happens at random time including when Outlook starts or after some time when Outlook is open. I tried turning this notification off and then on, it stays off for a while but then the same problem happens again. Is there any known fix for this?
PS. I remember reading a while back that it can be an issue with iTunes. Does this mean that iTunes has to be uninstalled or is there some setting that can change this from happening?
