I often have pdf files sent to me by email. I am running Outlook 2007 on Vista at the office. In the email location where the attachment is labeled, it appears as such: Segal, Jeffrey #1244 let to mother. When I try to "save as" to a folder, in the "save as" dialogue box, the file name appears as Segal,%Jeffrey%#1244 let to mother. And this is how the file name ultimately appears in the folder iI am saving the file to. In other words, in the file name, a space is being replaced by a "%".

The same email with an attachment in outlook express displays the name appropriately; that is the space stays as a space- wihout being substituted by a "%"Start Free Trial
