Send unsaved MS Word document in new email
The scenario is as follows. Software involved: MS Office Word 2003 SP3, Outlook and IE. The end user opens the inTRAnet page. Opens a MS Word document via a link. The user enters data. Next the user does NOT want to save the document to the local PC and is not able to save the existing document due to permissions. After completing the form, the user wants to select from the menu File -> Send -> page by email to a recipient. The user expect to see data still in the attached document and it is missing. Is there a setting in IE, Word or something to retain the data. This is urgent. Affects a company staff member.

Hi RFexpert, the problem will occur if the document is a word form or template. It will have to be saved first to the local machine, or the data from the fields will not be sent .Let me know if this works when saved to local drive
