I have a coworker who sent an appointment to a client, who countered with a different time for the appointment. He could not open the countered e-mail without getting the following message.
Can't open this item. You must specify a time
The funny part is that he could open the appointment just fine, and I didn't see anything relating to the fact the counter had been sent. Where would that be within the appointment, if it exists at all?
Has anyone encountered this before?
