Occasionally the "Send" button will do nothing, outlook then has to be restarted to get this to work

When creating an email, occasionally the "Send" button will do nothing, Outlook then has to be restarted to get this to work.  It's bothersome because you need to copy the email and paste into Word then copy and paste back into the new email once you restarted Outlook (since the clipboard clears itself).

Anyone else run into this too?
