What is the correct 'From' field for a search folder?

I am creating a custom search folder and have the Advanced registry hack in place so i can use the Query Builder tab to create nested AND/OR queries.  The issue i have is that i want to find all emails that have been sent or received from 'domain.com.au'.  

However the 'From' field provided only filters on the Displayed From value.  Now, i think that is really stupid so I am sure there must be another 'From' field that will allow me to search on the actual From email address.
