Two e-mail address to one BB account

I have a problem within Outlook, I have users with two e-mail addresses firstname.surname@domain1.com and firstname.surname@domain2.com they are same person but due to company restraints have two different e-mail addresses and I would like mails sent to both of these e-mail address to be send to the one BB device.
I would also like (but not 100% sure that this can happen) is that when mails are replied from the BB they are send form the correct address ie mails sent to address 1 when replied to on the BB come from address 1 and mails sent to address2 are replied to from address2 on the BB. This is not a problem when in the office but obvious is when mails are replied to from the BB.
