Entering communication history through SQL

Asked by Forensicon in Outlook Groupware Software, Microsoft Access Database

Tags: , ,

My company is starting to migrate over to Outlook's Business Contact Manager from our current CRM Solution (Maximizer 9). We have thousands of notes in maximizer that we want to get into BCM and connect them to the appropriate Accounts and Contacts. Does anyone how i would go about doing this? I have been trying to understand the database structure of the BCM through Access and SQL Server but so far haven't been able to insert communication history notes into BCM through the backend. Any suggestions would be very helpful.Start Free Trial
