Outlook keep flickering after installation of toolbar

I have a Windows XP machine with SP3, all updates, drivers ,window and office.  I recently installed ISN toolbar after the install Outlook keeps flickering, I have to close outlook and reopen it and it goes away for a while but it comes back.  I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still same problem.  I have installed the same toolbar on 55 other Windows XP machines with now problems.  Any IDEAS?Start Free Trial
