What version of Outlook?  What OS?  XP or Vista?  Have you tried removing any outlook add-ons or running an Office Repair?

Hello all

When i do Click Start -> Run. In the Open box type: Outlook /safe, there's nothing.

Is that normal?

Where is: Tools-Trust Center-Add-ins. At the bottom in the Manage section, select Exchange Client Extensions. Click Go. It will then give you the Add-In Manager.
