CRM Folders Disppears in Outlook 2007 Favourite Folders

Our staff are having issues with CRM folders going missing after restarting PC.  I have gone through a few sites already, but rather prefer something that actually fixes it permanently.

Can someone please provide a fix that I can do it easily for over 500 staff rather than have to wait for yonks for MS to provide a hotfix?

I posted this to Microsoft last year at their CRM site:  https://connect.microsoft.com/dynamics
and never heard anything more on the issue.  The favorites started disapparing after going to CRM 4.0 for us.

Just to let you know the Outlook Favourites is working, but if CRM toolbar fails to load on Outlook, we need to close and reopen Outlook, or enabled CRM via diabled items.  Once CRM toolbar is back up, he needs to drag and drop those folders back in.  Annoying... :(
