Browse All TopicsI have a network with a single domain, and a single Exchange 2007 server. The users have Outlook 2007 running on XP. This worked perfectly, whenever they logged on and opened Outlook it would automatically configure the client for the correct account, and besides asking the user to confirm their name and initials they would get straight in.
Recently however, when a new user lgged on for the first time, or when a user logged on to a computer they had not used before Outlook gave the error message "The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action." If the user then clicks ok and goes through the manual configuration process it connects to the server fine and works perfectly after that.
I can't think of anything I have changed that might affect this process. Any suggestions?
