Email not sent from Outlook, and stuck in the "outbox"

Good day,

I have regularly have a few emails stuck in my Outlook outbox, that will not get sent and moved to the 'send" folder. The "send and receive" dialogue displays no problem.

How can I get more info on the problem, whys its happening and how to get these emails out?
