Check that you haev all Exchange Selections Selected
Tools>Trust Centre>Add-Ins
At the bottom, next to Manage change from COM Add-ins to Exchange Client Extensions> GO
All should be checked.
If they are not do so now.
Apply and close Out of Outlook
Re-open Outlook using
Start>Run>outlook.exe /cleanprofile
Now try it
