Browse All TopicsMy users are getting a ton of spam from Canadian pharmacy spam group. While there is tons of reading material on the web about it there is little info on how to prevent it. I am looking for a black list that I can put either on my server or on each users account to block this spam. The main problem is that it uses "from" spoofing to mimic the recipients email address. I have exchange 2003 and outlook 2003.

It is no different than spam from any other place. You need an anti-spam solution in front of Exchange to do an effective job. You can do this by outsourcing or by an in-house solution like Brightmail. ... Thinkpads_User
