I have 2 client who have this error messge appearing on there screem.
The operation failed due to network or other communication problems? When using Outlook 2003.

Both pc's are outlook 2003 with sp3
Exchange 2003 Ver 6.5 Build 7638:2    SP2
Windows 2003 Server Small Business Server SP2
