You have to use a rule that looks at the headers.
So it will be something like "sent to user@domain". The wizard should give you that option when you are creating the rule.
Alas it will not fire for messages where you are BCC'd, because the routing information has been stripped by the time it arrives in the mailbox.

When creating a rule you should have an option: with specific words in the recipient's address. Try it.
