What to do about an 8GB .pst file
Hi all,
I work in an office with 50 users - all using outlook as their email client.
Some of these clients are getting slow with massive .pst files (one in particular at 8GB).
After recent install of Office 2007 Hotfix SP2, Outlook takes forever to launch displaying "Preparing Outlook for first use" dialog. Not suprising for such big database files.
My question is, what can I do to reduce the size of these .pst files and is there a prefered way of handling this as an issue?
