Hi ITNavigators
Have you tried changing the Calendar view? Is it possible that customer has customized this view with odd fonts or other setting?

They produce a "tear-drop" shape that is connected to just the start time. It doesn't matter whether the appointment is 30 minutes, 4 hours, or 6 days. It still uses the same amount of space on the calendar.
I looked for some new display setting (such as display all appointments as zero time appointments) or something stupid like that. Nothing that obvious.
I had her log into her calendar on a different machine. Works fine. Can't seem to find anything about this on the web. Any suggestions...other then moving back to Outlook 2003. :)

Clarification -- The "teardrop" shape I was referring to is the same as a 15-minute appointment (or something smaller then your smallest time division).
