Question

Can't create file: message_zdm.pdf. Right click the folder you want to create the file in and then click properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.

Hi ,
I am tring to using C# to create about 500 mails in draft box.
I get this error for the 99th, 155th , 233th,and other mails , the result is create about 400 mails in draft box
Can't create file: message_zdm.html. Right click the folder you want to create the file in and then click properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.

I have done a lots of search and do the modify as here
Outlook 2007           HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Security
change the path to c:\temp and restart the outlook , but it does not help.

My even is Vista + outlook 2007 + VS2008 C#.

any idea?

Are you on an exchange server? What about right clicking the drafts folder and checking the permissions on that folder....however, I am not sure if it works on some and you only get error on others.

Yes , it is exchange 2007.

I have add the permission , but it doesnot help. still some of them success some of them failed.

I have figured it out.
it is becasue the 500 mail have same attahcment like a.abc.
then when save to draft folder,
outlook will rename it to a(1).abc .....a(99).doc and stop to write any more file.

fixed it by , change the attachment name to a0.abc   .... a500.abc and it works well.
