Local Outlook Folder Synchronization

My Outlook is setup with two accounts, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows Live with their Outlook Connector.  

I'm looking for a way that I can synchronize Contacts and Calendar form Exchange to the Windows Live Contacts adn Calendar.  I can copy items back an forth manually, but looking to automate this somehow.  The strange thing about this is that the Windows live account is not using a PST.  So some of the the PST synchronization software that is out thee will not work.

Any Suggestions?

Since there is not PST theres really no way to do a direct sync.

However, you may get away with using something like Windows Live Mobile to sync the contacts.
