Attachment Details

Outlook 2003 and can't save or print word attachment

word can't open attachment from a specific sender.
I get error: can't create file: xxxx.doc. right click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.
It only happens from one sender. The file name is fairly long (about thirty characters plus four spaces). The user is part of local admin group and I can't see any security issues. I tried setting macro security to low but this hasn't helped.
Any ideas?
