Hello, I don't think so. I will be setting up an account for each room in the school and adding lesson times to the calendar of each room account. So there won't be anybody logged into the room account.

Browse All TopicsHello,
Can anyone tell me if there is a way I can set my calendar to automatically e-mail someone who has just placed a new appointment in my calendar with a confirmation?
So far I have set it to prevent anyone from adding a new appointment if one exists already but I would like to have them recieve an e-mail to confirm their booking as some kind of receipt.
Many thanks.

Hi, alumwell.
I can do that with a simple bit of scripting. Outlook will have to be open for it to work. Is that an option?
