The fault I am having is trouble viewing images embedded in emails.
We are using exchange to recieve emails. Any ideas?

Are you getting a red "X" where the picture should be? And if you are, are you able to right click on the picture and download it so that it does show? If so then try going to Tools - Options - Security Tab. Click on the "Change Automatic Download Settings" button. This windows contains the settings for whether or not pictures automatically load in email.
You might also want to delete the Outlook temp file cache.

Do you see the images if you open the email be double clicking it?
Also have you click on a small bar Outlook gives to show images on top of each email?
Also have you tried to add that users email in Safe Senders List in Junk Email options?
