syncing with outlook not getting attendees

I previously had to return an iPhone because it wasn't synchronizing meeting attendees.  In fact, I can't find where the iPhone shows attendees at all.

Does anyone know if the iPhone syncing with Outlook 2007 will now synchronize meeting attendees?
