Browse All TopicsHi All. We are running Outlook 2007 SP2 w/ Exchange 2007 SP2. We use HTML format for e-mail messages in Outlook. A few users have complained (correction, 'informed us') about receiving e-mails from outside the company wherethere is no text that can be read/deciphered. Below is an example of the body of one of these e-mails. We also have Symantec Brightmail scanning inbound messages before it hits exchange.
Has anyone seen this type of problem before?

Outlook 2007 does not use IE to display HTML messages. (Thank the EU for this) It uses Word, which has very limited support for HTML and CSS.

Here are the limitations:
no support for background images (HTML or CSS)
no support for forms
no support for Flash, or other plugins
