I get flooded with emails everyday and I need to run searches on outlook to look certian information in emails. I perform keyword searches which brings up a number of emails where the keyword shows up. Problem is that I have to read thru a very long email to try to find where that keyword shows up. Is there anyway that I can get outlook 2003 to highlight the keywords I search for?

Thats great, I actually have google desktop search installed, but It doesn't highlight the text for me. What it does do is when a search is performed, it bolds the text in the search screen. Yet when i open the email I have to manually dig for the txt myself. How do you enable the high light feature?
Aaah I see, Google Desktop doesn't highlight like that. There is another software you can use which is a bit slower but does what you want, there is a free version of it as wwell: http://www.xobni.com/

Outlook 2003 doesnt have that capability (2007 does). But if you install Google Desktop it will add a search feature to outlook 2003 which will highlight your text, I used to use it all the time until Office 2007 was released..
