I'm having a strange issues where I have set Word to be email the email editor for Outlook 2003 but when I hir reply to some messages it hangs for 10 seconds and when it open it opens the plain Outlook email editor instead, I go to settings Mail Format and see the box is unchecked so I check it again, try to reply to a message Outlook hangs and it opens in normal mode not Word. I go back to settings and it's unchecked again. I ran Detect & Repair and Reinstalled Office and no luck
Event logs don't show any errors or warnings
Any other ideas how to fix it?
Thank you
