Most probably your business contact management addin for outlook

Since this add-in is not supported in Office 2007, Outlook disables it. This is expected behavior. Please confirm if you were succesful in installing Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007. Since you have IrisMS32.dll, I am thinking you still have Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003.
