using outlook SDK, we need to create outlook addin (custom dll)  that can be called from an Outlook Rule

we want to use an outlook rule to monitor incoming emails
If Subject  = ToDo  then run our custom outlook addin  (which, by the way,  is creating an Activity in ACT! by Sage)

We know how to create Outlook addins - and we are able to code the main logic of the Addin to create the ACT Activity..
We need help on how to make that Add-in available within the Outlook Rules Interface...  so we can specify that the Outlook Rule will call our Dll.
