Skype in outlook error?

I get this error in outlook in the skype toolbar.Any thoughts what can help to solve this error after the error outlook 2003 crashes.

Right click in the Menu Bar on Outlook.

What tool bars do you have available?
Which ones are turned on?

Try uninstlaling skype and re-installing it.

Also check you have the latest sp

I do not see skype  option when I right click on the menu. (I see standard,Web,Mcafee,Advanced).
I see skype toolbar for outlook in control panel.Are you recommending to uninstall this one or Skype or both.

There is also skype toolbar for ms office and regular skype on the pc.

11.5608.6505 This is the outlook 2003 version. Would you know if this includes office SP3.

If you see Skype Toolbar Under Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel Unisntall it.

Then restart Outlook and try again.

I am just waiting to see if I can reproduce the error, yet. Will let you know by end of day.

if it works fine, do you recommend putting the tool back on?
