Problems with outlook meetings

I was hoping someone could help me. I have a problem with calenders, the secretory for the company is booking meetings and once all the attendees have accepted the booking is going missing from the secretaries calender in outlook. This was noticed when the secretory wanted to change a meeting that had been booked. We are running an exchange server2003. If anyone can help with where to start looking would be greatly appreciated
