Outlook xp exchange 2010
I have installed exchange 2010 and now I have the following issues with users running office XP (2002) When they receive some e-mail the body of the e-mail is blank. If the e-mail is opened using OWA the body exists and can be viewed. Service packs on cleitn and server are up to date. Changing encoding doesn't help, shutting off caching does help. IDEAS??

I was under the understanding that outlook 2000 was not supported didn't know on xp. For what it is worth the outlook client works fine except for blanking out the body of a limtied number of e-mails. Can this be solved?
Outlook 2003 is the oldest version that is a supported client. While Microsoft say it should work it is not something that has been tested. I haven't got Outlook 2002 here to test it myself. I would suspect it was caused by AV, something like on the client side. You need to confirm if the problem occurs with a more modern version of Outlook.
Cached mode was new to Outlook 2003. The closest you can get with Outlook 2002 is offline folders, but that isn't quite the same.

Wish I didn't buy software assurance and upgraded to 2010 from 2007. Now I have 47 machines still running 2002. That why I was looking for a workaround other than telling them to use OWA to just read those fee e-mails that got blanked out.
