Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately we have done this, several times. Each time we reconfigure the Outlook profile it appears ok and then upon closing and reopening Outlook we receive the same error and all settings are lost

New laptop, Windows 7. Came with trial version of Office 2010. Uninstalled and loaded standalone copy of Outlook 2007 and Office Home &amp;&nbsp;Student 2010.
