Outlook 2010 Calendar Print - No Word Wrap
When I view the Calendar in "month" view, there is no word wrapping. Thus, each entry or appointment (whatever you call it) is cut off when it reaches the right side of the box. So I have to hover the cursor over each appointment to read the full appointment. That's acceptable.
But when I try to print the Calendar, it prints exactly as it appears. How can I enable word wrapping when I print so that I can read the entire appointments on the print-out?

nope.
I looked closely at my own Outlook 2010 setup (2 different machines) and I don't believe you can make the printout word-wrap. Out-of-the box, this is same behaviour as I saw in Outlook 2007 and in Outlook 2003.
I often have 4 appointments in a day and that fills the square, so word wrapping would present an issue in these cases. ... Thinkpads_User

This issue is from Outlook 2007. For 2007 they released a patch.
I couldnt find one for Outlook 2010.

So are we in agreement that there is no resolution?
Before we abandon this completely, it might be worthwhile to check this in Microsoft NewsGroups.
I will run a post there and see what comes up.

I want a solution that fixed Outlook. Not a workaround but that may be all there is.
