Hi Shahzamm & Argh226
Thanks for the replies

Shahzamm - how do i unregister and re-register usp10.dll?
Argh226 - I have ran a repair and also uninstalled and reinstalled. I have stopped alot of programs from start up as this machine runs alot of CAD stuff and also given the machine a good clean up but still the same issue.
There is also an information event logged quite a few times as per the below:-
