Outlook 2010 hungs when trying to open an email
Hi
I have a win xp sp3 pc that i have upgaded from 2003 to 2010 office. Ionce activated it reboots and then over half of the emails that we attempt to open crashes the program.
The error that comes up is:-
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Microsoft Office 14
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 01/11/2010
Time: 12:12:40
User: N/A
Computer: pc-name
Description:
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 14.0.4760.1000, stamp 4ba8fefd, faulting module usp10.dll, version 1.626.7600.20602, stamp 4b304c27, debug? 0, fault address 0x00027466.
Has annyoner got any ideas?

Thanks for that argh226:, worst luck there is no solution mentioned on there other than an escalation to MS and Adobe

Sorry for the slow reply i have been doing a rollout fo 2010. This machine had to be downgraded to back to 2003. I will need to continue working on this once i have more time. In the meantime i will close this question off. Thanks for your help people :-)

Shahzamm - how do i unregister and re-register usp10.dll?
Argh226 - I have ran a repair and also uninstalled and reinstalled. I have stopped alot of programs from start up as this machine runs alot of CAD stuff and also given the machine a good clean up but still the same issue.
There is also an information event logged quite a few times as per the below:-
