Cannot send but can receive
Hi Experts,
I have two mailboxes configured in one client machine in his Outlook 2007 (His own maibox and company generic mailbox), it is configured that he can choose any profile when he start the outlook (prompt for a profile to be used).
our exchange server is 2007.
the problem is he can send and receive emails from his account normailly but if he uses the company account he can receive but cannot send, putting in mind that I configured the send as permission from the server and full control also.
He gets undeliverble message please contact your administrator.
the mailbox qouta is fine and his Colleague can send and receive normally from the same company account.

How long ago did you set the 'Send As' permission? It can take up to 2 hours to take effect

Waleeda, I'll get back to you coz the user is not in his desk at the moment.
Mega,
since two days ago, but I don't think it has to do with send As permission because he log in to the mailbox as anyuser, when he open the outlook it ask him which profile you want to use, and after he choose the company profile, it ask him for the password and he puts the password normally.
the "send as" permission is when you configure to mailboxes in one profile, but these are two different profiles.
am I right?

If you gave him fullControl/FullMailbox Access then the user should be able to open the mailbox without a credentials prompt... Is Outlook set to prompt for credentials or basic auth or something?

yes Mega it is.
but even if the full control is not configured from the server he will be able to send and receive emails normally if he has the password.

Sorry, I can't let you close with 0 points...
I said to create a new profile in my comment:
https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/26936615/Cannot-send-but-can-receive.html#35331476
Since .Nk2 files are profile specific a new profile would have bypasses the need for the .NK2 file recreation
