Copy Autocomplete (NK2) to New Outlook Profile
Recently one of my users was upgraded from either Outlook 2003 or 2007 to Outlook 2010. Her profile got corrupt, so I created her a new one. However, I cannot figure out how to import her NK2/Autocomplete file. I know that Outlook 2010 no longer uses an NK2 which is why I'm confused. I found an article that suggests copying the Stream_Autocomplete_0 file from the RoamCache directory; however, there are 3 Stream_Autocomplete_0 files.
I also tried running the Outlook /importnk2 command, but it didn't work.
The machine is running Windows XP SP 3 and Office 2010 SP 1.

Her profile got corrupt, so you created a new one
How did you do this? Did you simply recreate the outlook profile
or did you recreate the entire users Windows profile
What happened to the old profile? Did you delete it or just rename it?
If you created a new user profile for windows
The NK2 file is stored in
drive:\Documents and Settings\user name\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
SO you will need to look in the old user profile, copy this file out, and paste it into the new location
Once done, you can then import the nk2
If you created a new outlook profile with a new name
You will need to copy over the file, and rename it accordingly, to match the current profile name
If you deleted the old profiles out of this location
Unless you backed up this location, Your Out of luck

l33tf0b - I will check out that link.
apache09 - I did not recreate the user's Windows profile. I was referring specifically to the Outlook profile. For some reason the user's account was getting errors connecting to the outbound server. The error message was specific to Exchange; however, this user's company uses POP3 instead of Exchange.
I left the old profile in tact. But, I created a new Outlook profile and with the same e-mail account creds. This resolved the outbound server connection issue. However, I can't seem to figure out how to import the user's NK2 information since she's using Outlook 2010.

Did you get any errors when you used this?
Try using
Sr=tart>Run>Outlook.exe /importnk2
