Office 365 Outlook Rules not working

Starting last weekend my Outlook/OWA rules have stopped working in Office 365E
Deleted all rules, created one rule. when received from abc@def.com move to !ABC folder
from OWA... then received a few test messages. They stayed in the inbox..
Caching on/off no difference.
New Outlook profiles - different base operating systems, different outlook versions - no difference.

Since this is in the cloud I cannot, backup to pst, create new mailbox, import messages

I've spent 10 hours online with Microsoft Support (india) to no avail. right now they're stumped

What browser are you using?  Is it happening in all browsers?

Try: clearing cached files of the browser you are using.

ASKER

ie 10, Firefox, Chrome  -- cleared caches in all.. also used different o/s in virtual machines
Ask for your case to be escalated as you are not the only tenant whose Inbox rules have stopped working recently.

The more cases raised/ escalated the more eyes looking at the common problem and the quicker it gets resolved for everyone.

Has anything else changed? Has your tenant been migrated to Exchange 2013? Blue and white OWA?

Good to know.. Will email my contact ASAP.. and I'm still ate Exchange 2010
For what it's worth, my Office 365/Outlook 2013 rules recently quit working too.

I thought maybe it was because had added an Android tablet to my various devices (home computer, work computer, Windows phone and now Android tablet) but it appears others are having this issue as well. Additionally, nothing is being directed into my Junk mail folder either.

Would love to hear an answer on this :)

The quote work around unquote does not work.. i have to keep going to rules and run rules now on unread messages!
Did you create the rule in Outlook as the workaround says?

I too am having major issues with Outlook 365 not accepting all or part of my rules.  Is Powershell still the answer?
