Error 0x8004010F Object could not be found

When I try to synchronize the offline address list in Outlook 2010 with cache mode enabled , I receive the following error message:
Task reported error (0x8004010F): ‘The operation failed. An object cannot be found.’

I tried these steps but nothing works.
- Rebuild my offline files
- Re-create a new profile in Outlook

I also do the step from Microsoft
Start Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
On the Connections tab, click LAN settings.
Select the Bypass proxy server for local addresses check box, and then click Advanced.
Type the FQDN of the Exchange 2007 CAS server, and then click OK.
    Restart Outlook.

Please give me some hints how to troubleshoot it.
Thanks,

I see in your question you have Exchange 2007 CAS server? Any reason?
ops, I just copy from Microsoft. My mistake. I have CAS 2010
Np, what is your OAB distribution method? Public Folder or Web Based?
I have both Public folder (False)  and Web Based (True)

I just checked OAB web distribution, it points to the Exchange 2013 which has CAS and mailbox role installed.
I check the step 6 and i see it point to the CAS 2010. Please see the document attached
I built the Ex2013 server for Exchange hybrid which is used for Office 365

Our CAS 2013 is NCM-EXHYBRID.
Code.doc
Do you have Exchange 2013?

Sorry for the confusion. Let me state the Exchange environment again.
Our environment has two mailbox servers, two CAS server, and two HUB server. They are Exchange 2010 servers.
I just built one Exchange 2013 as an Exchange Hybrid server. It is used for Office 365.
I checked in EMC and I saw that there are two Default Offline Address List. One is from Exchange 2010 which is set to FALSE in "Default OAB" and Public Folder in "Distribution Mechanism". The other Default Offline Address List (2012) is from Exchange 2013 which is set to TRUE in "Default OAB" and Web-Based in "Distribution Mechanism"

How Do I look in the OAB directory in the Exchange 2010 folder structure?
How can I set the OAL Generator diagnostic logging to expert level and check the application logs for errors?

Thanks,
