Forward External Email to an Internal address but not internal email

Hello Experts.  I'll be as brief as possible.  Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.  I have exchange 2010 with Office 2010 in my environment.  Single exchange server.  The setup is quite common and very simple.  We have a Manager who is going to be out of the office for a while.  He wants a copy of all of his emails from OUTSIDE our company to be forwarded to his assistant.  He does not want ANY internal emails TO him to be forwarded to the assistant.  The managers are part of a managers group and sometimes they send private emails about other employees to one another and the assistant doesn't need to see those type emails.  Also, this needs to not be a client only Outlook rule because his computer and outlook will be off.  Thank you again for any assistance you can provide.

I'm glad I could help you - and don't forget to disable/delete that rule when manager will come back... ;-)
