Send from Distribution group bounces back from cached outlook

Greetings Experts,

I have 2 different users running Outlook 2010 on Exchange 2010.  I set them up with access to send as a distribution group.  When the users select the distribution group manually from the Address book it works great.  The 2nd time that user runs from their outlook and selects the cached .nk2 entry it bounces back.  If they delete that .nk2 file entry and then select from the address book again, it works fine.  The thing is two users have the exact same symptoms from two different Outlook profiles on different machines.  Has anyone seen this?  Any suggestions?

I assume it is never a problem from Outlook Web App?

Nope.  It works through there.  The users are OK with the work around of selecting it from the address book manually every time, but I wanted to put it on here in case anyone knew a fix..
Very strange. Never heard of this problem. If it works fine through Outlook Web App, then maybe create a new profile for one of the problem users in Outlook.
OK.  I'm not sure if I went down that road or not.  The first user that experienced this was 6 months ago.  I may have.  I'll do it again.  The thing that perked my ears up was that a second user needed permission to send as this distribution group as well.  When I configured his account to send as that same distribution group we experienced the exact same thing so I was hoping it was something with the permissions or something.  I'll fiddle with it a bit on the Outlook end and let you know.  It may be a day or so.   thanks for your input.
Well if it works fine in OWA, then it wouldn't be a permissions issue.
I re-created the profile.  Still no go.  When I select the FROM manually in the outlook client from the Address list its happy.  When I send from the .nk2 cache it says that they don't have permissions to send as the distribution group.....crazy!
Are you creating a profile with a  new name? Or using the existing name? If using the existing name it may reuse the existing autocomplete data.
Good point.  I just did the new profile under the mail in control panel.  I will see If I can possibly rename his outlook folder or something to ensure its a new .nk2
