In Outlook press Ctrl-Shift-F to open the advanced find option. In here choose the folder or mailbox you wish to search in. You can only choose one mailbox at a time. For example you cannot search for all contacts in User1 and User2 at the same time.

Sounds like you have two separate items from different mailboxes selected. Scroll through the list and uncheck the items you don't want to search.

I have a client running Outlook 2010 with Exchange. They have added other Exchange mailboxes to Outlook by going to account settings / more settings / advanced and adding the mailbox.<br />

They claim they used to be able to search the sub-folders of the added mailbox and can no longer do that. I have not found a way to do that at all. <br />

Is there a way that the sub-folders of that mailbox can be searched in Outlook?
