Search Outlook subfolders of second account
I have a client running Outlook 2010 with Exchange. They have added other Exchange mailboxes to Outlook by going to account settings / more settings / advanced and adding the mailbox.
They claim they used to be able to search the sub-folders of the added mailbox and can no longer do that. I have not found a way to do that at all.
Is there a way that the sub-folders of that mailbox can be searched in Outlook?

In Outlook press Ctrl-Shift-F to open the advanced find option. In here choose the folder or mailbox you wish to search in. You can only choose one mailbox at a time. For example you cannot search for all contacts in User1 and User2 at the same time.

When searching that way, I select the mailbox I want to search and I get an error "When searching this type of folder, you cannot search other folders at the same time. "
Sounds like you have two separate items from different mailboxes selected. Scroll through the list and uncheck the items you don't want to search.
