Outlook 2013 - Managing one email account on multiple devices

Hello.
So far I have used Outlook over a decade as my main email client on my main PC. It helped keep all my correspondence together in one place.

But now, I send emails from my iPad and iPhone as well as Outlook, on the same email hosting account.
The problem is, now my email correspondence is all over the place!! I expect it's a common problem for many people today.

I'd like Outlook 2013 to continue to be that place where all my emails are stored (inbox, sent items).
What is the best way to achieve this?

My emails are hosted at Hover.com and I have a personalized email address (id and domain spell my name, so I won't want to change to a Gmail account as my main email).

Thanks for any help, experts!

Thanks SN. But I notice the following.

1. My iPad is pointing to my email hosting account IMAP. BUT the emails I send are not stored there - only on the iPad.

Is this normal? Or a setting I should look to change?

2. I'd like to keep an archive of my email activity locally (also). I suppose that's a question to pursue with the hosting service - whether I can periodically download (.. or am I missing something?)

Currently I have POP on Outlook 2013 and IMAP on iPad/iPhone.

So SN, if I have NO email client on POP then my emails sent from iPad and iPhone will show up on ALL devices?

I'm confused.
The PC my Outlook on POP is on has been mostly always switched off. So isn't that the same as 'not having an email client on POP'?
Or does the email server need to be told that 'there is no email client on POP'?

Ok. I set my only POP client to IMAP. but still the emails that I send only show up on the email client on the device I sent it from.

In fact, when I look at the server through the web interface they don't show up in Sent Items. So I must be doing something stupid :(
But what ...?

Thanks SN and SB.

I contacted the mail hosting company. I (probably) had not setup IMAP correctly on my devices. Deleted and Add New Account and all ok now.

Also, to save all my emails locally I will have one of my PCs Outlook set up as POP3.

I'll close this question now.
