imap emails missing from sent folder in outlook 2010
had a imap user account on outlook 2010 who occassionally had sent emails not saved in the sent folder. the configuration in Outlook had checked is correct. Is this a common issue in Outlook 2010 ? what workarounds we can do such that the user received a copy for every email sent out, since saving of the sent emails not that guaranteed all the time ?

would like to close the question. had repaired Outlook and as the issue does not happen all the time, would not know if the issue is permanently resolved

How does anyone know if a suggestion has permanently resolved an intermittent problem other than seeing what happens over a reasonable period of time?

grnow's position seems to be that full credit should not be awarded if a suggestion fixes the problem but no warranty is offered that the problem will not arise again.
