wierd outlook 2003 caching problem

Hi all,
I have a user that runs outlook 2003 in cached mode. His mailbox sits on windows 2000 exchange server. A few weeks ago he noticed some mail had gone missing within his mailbox, so i took him off cached mode. Hey presto all his mail was back. I then deleted his profile including the ost file and recreated it. Once it had re-sync'd the same problem exists. When looking at the local data compared with the server data there is quite a large difference to a few of his folders. This problem actually happend when i moved his mailbox from the 2000 server over to the new exchange 2003 server and back again to the 2000 box.

Any ideas what i can do next to try and fix this?Start Free Trial
