Emails coming code

For the past day or so almost all of my emails in Outglook 2007 are coming in either blank or something like this:

I have not changed anything in the settings, but I was having problems with receiving 5 or 6 duplicate emails for a day or so.  I did run office diagnostics within Outlook and it found no errors.
